We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible items.

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 60 days of delivery

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition

  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Customized & Engraved Products (Important)

Because many of our products are personalized, the following applies:

Under EU consumer law, personalized/custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

However, as a courtesy, we offer our 60-day guarantee under the conditions stated above.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect size selection (sizes are listed on each product page)

  • Design preferences (map proportions, island inclusion, heart placement, font style)

  • Long back messages that affect readability

  • Change of mind after production has started

If you are unsure about your design, we encourage you to contact us before ordering. We are happy to assist you.


Production Errors

If we make an engraving or production mistake (e.g., wrong country engraved), we will replace the item free of charge.

Photographic evidence may be required.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Address or customization changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

  • Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be shipped using the information originally provided.

Life Change is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is delivered to a pickup location and is not collected:

  • We may offer one reshipment (shipping costs may apply).

  • Refunds are not provided for unclaimed shipments.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
